Message	Downshift from 4th to 3rd at TWS didn't go so well. This is a friend's transmission. He was running his 570ish rwhp e85 tune. I'm not sure why this happened, but I've read the shock loading of an unsprung puck clutch (he was running a SZ High 5) can contribute to early transmission failure: [ http://www.rsgear.com/blog/2011/5/23/understanding-and-analyzing-manual-transmission-failures.aspx ] This was a 98 spec transmission, so it should be rebuildable. 3rd gear is the only damage I can see off hand.
